Melts the chocolate and keeps it at a stable temperature Made up of a plastic base with a stainless steel container The temperature is set by adjusting the set point with the keyboard and digital display Great for use with chocolate confections, baked goods and ice cream Store in a cool dry place Do not turn the machine on without the tub of chocolate To clean, unplug and wait until the machine is cool. Once cool wash the steel tank with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Use a damp cloth for the plastic base. 3.6 Liters 110 Volts Plastic and Stainless Steel 0 - 40 Degrees Celsius This machine will not temper chocolate automatically!.
