Tip Soil Probe Kit w/ 24" Sample Slot) features a 16'L hammer-head cross handle which can be hammered on with the (included) impact absorbing dead blow hammer. A standard 10" cross handle with rubber grips also comes in the kit for regular soil conditions. Probe measures 1'-dia. x 36'L and is constructed of a thick (.109w) chrome molybdenum. The soil probe in this kit has a 24" slot which allows the end-user to pull 0-24" soil samples in one push.
