OVERVIEW: The Bridgestone Duravis R-Steer 002 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for the vehicle's steer axle.Excellent all season traction is promoted with this model. The special silica compound blend and ribbed tread design enhance the tire's dry, wet, and winter weather performance. These tread elements help to greatly upgrade the tire's grip on the road surface, by utilizing additional biting edges. The tire's compound blend was also made to withstand versatile weather conditions. In other words, they keep their rubber flexibility throughout the performance. Circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions, further improving the year-round driving safety.The all season traction and silica cap and nano-pro tech cap compounds work together in order to ease the pressure off the tire. As a result, the tire is able to ease the pressure off the tire, effectively lowering its rolling resistance. Therefore, this tire uses the compound blend in order to minimize the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This is because the rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tire, which determines the vehicle's needed fuel consumption.
