S1500.0909.8, 1500 Series Dry Polyester Wipes 9' x 9' (23cm x 23cm), 8 PackBerkshire Super Polx® 1500 is a knife-cut, cleanroom laundered wipe recommended for controlled environments rated ISO Class 4 and above. It is composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides Super Polx® 1500 with high level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility. The same wipe material can be provided in pre-wetted formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience, increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability, and reduced wipe costs. For aseptic processing areas, the same wiper material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 10–6 sterility assurance level.Because of its superior cleanliness, the Super Polx® 1500 wipe is ideal for the most critical cleanroom environments. Super Polx® 1500 is perfect for use in aerospace, computer/circuit board and semiconductor manufacturing where low lint and reduced ion content are critical. Its rugged knit wiper construction makes Super Polx® 1500 great for wiping up tough spills on either soft or rough surfaces without abrasion or wiper break up.
