The valve's injection molded polypropylene construction with EPDM O-ring is ideal for use with hot corrosive liquids, chemical processing, industrial plating, laboratory and industrial waste drainage systems, and waste treatment systems.The original Chemtrol® True Union design allows the valve and operational components to be conveniently lifted from the piping system for repair or replacement. Tru-Bloc® advances the True Union concept with the self-adjusting energizer O-ring. The valve can be easily joined with the threaded end connections.
