NIBCO, CN06850, 6251-W-3 Thread Flange - Chem-Pure Natural Polypropylene, Schedule 80, One-Piece Webbed DesignThe Chemtrol Class 150 thread flange is an injection molded Chem-Pure natural polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic fitting. Natural color Chem-Pure fittings are used with deionized water systems, clean chemical processes, pharmaceutical operations and food processing. The Chemtrol thread flange features a one-piece webbed design and a female NPT pipe thread connection. Chemtrol PP fittings are lightweight, easy to install and maintenance-free. Chemtrol Chem-Pure polypropylene exhibits extremely low content of metals, organic compounds, and free ions. No pigments or other adulterants (natural) are added to the plastic resin. Chem-Pure natural polypropylene demonstrates excellent chemical resistance properties, including aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts, and a number of organic solvents.Features:Recommended for intermittent service not exceeding 20 psiMaximum service temperature 180°FUniversal Part No. 7852One-piece webbed designFemale NPT thread connections and flange connections compatible with ANSI B16.5 Class 150Do not use or test with compressed air or other gasesASTM D4101 material.
