NIBCO, CE03736, 6619-W Blind Flange - Kynar Natural PVDF, Schedule 80, One-Piece Webbed DesignThe Chemtrol Class 150 blind flange is an injection molded natural Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) thermoplastic fitting. The Chemtrol blind flange features a one-piece webbed design. Chemtrol Kynar natural PVDF exhibits superior strength, working temperature and chemical resistance characteristics. Natural pigment provides UV protection. Kynar PVDF offers versatile chemical resistance to slats, strong acids, dilute bases and many organic solvents such as aromatics, aliphadics and chlorinated groups. PVDF is also ideally suited for handling wet or dry chlorine bromine and other halogens.Features:Design stress of 1,360 psi at 73°FMaximum service temperature 280°FUniversal Part No. 4853One-piece webbed designFlanged end connections compatible with ANSI B16.5 Class 150Do not use or test with compressed air or other gasesASTM D3222 Type I material.
