The valve's injection molded CPVC construction with FKM seat is ideal for use in chemical applications. The disc and stem sheath are molded over a 316 stainless steel hex shaft to make a one-piece assembly. With this unique dry shaft seal, liquid never contacts the shaft, even at maximum pressure. The leak-proof design incorporates vulcanized bushings and double O-ring seals.The valve is easy to install but cannot be used as an isolation valve.
