Product Details
The disc and stem sheath are molded over a 316 stainless steel hex shaft to make a one-piece assembly. With this unique dry shaft seal, liquid never contacts the shaft, even at maximum pressure. The leak-proof design incorporates vulcanized bushings and double O-ring seals. The valve is easy to install but cannot be used as an isolation valve. PVC Schedule 80 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance properties and has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping systems.
