The valve's injection molded Kynar® unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) construction with FKM O-ring is ideal for use with ultra-pure water, deionized/distilled and demineralized water systems, clean chemical processes, electronics, pharmaceutical operations and food processing.The original Chemtrol® True Union design allows the valve and operational components to be conveniently lifted from the piping system for repair or replacement. Tru-Bloc® advances the True Union concept with the self-adjusting energizer O-ring. The valve can be easily joined with the socket end connections. Chemtrol® Kynar® natural PVDF exhibits superior strength, working temperature and chemical resistance characteristics. Kynar® PVDF offers versatile chemical resistance to slats, strong acids, dilute bases and many organic solvents such as aromatics, aliphadics and chlorinated groups.
