At the young age of five years old he began his career racing 100cc junior sprints. At only 15 years old had the opportunity to pilot a winged sprint car where he picked up his first career win. During his time driving midgets he was crowned the 2016 USAC Indiana Midget champion. During his first full-time season running with the World of Outlaws he picked up four wins slotting him sixth in the points championship.
