The SL-ZW1 is not your ordinary articulating USB powered light. The SL-ZW1 is a polarized USB powered LED light that can be used with polarized Dino-Lite models. With a simple rotation, you can adjust the amount of polarized illumination required for the right image. To take advantage of the polarizing light, the accessory is best to be used with Dino-Lite models that have the polarization ability such as the AM413ZTA, AM4113ZTL or the AD4113ZT. If the Dino-lite does not have the polarization feature, you can still use it as additional external lighting or as a side light to enhance the view of surface topography.
