If left exposed, the holster automatically retracts the blade as soon as the PHC Safety Cutter is placed into the holster to prevent potential injuries. The unique swivel design rotates the holster for the most comfortable positions on the user's hip while sitting or standing. Users also observe noticeable increases in cutter retention and report substantial reductions in replacement costs when utilized in combination with the corresponding PHC Safety Cutter and CL-36 Lanyard.
