L'aigle De La Victoire Perfume by Rance Eau De Parfum Spray for Women. L'aigle de la victoire by rance is a leather fragrance with woody and smoky undertones. Piercing notes of leather and agarwood are captivating and sensual. The most daring among perfumers 1795 line of fragrances, it was reformulated in 2015 and its newer version is bold and masculine. The fragrance features fresh top notes of citrusy grapefruit and mediterranean bergamot, followed by middle notes of raspberry and aromatic birch. The base notes are an elegant mixture of lightly spicy sandalwood and cedar, matched with woody/nutty oud and grassy vetiver. Yummy vanilla and smoky patchouli add finishing touches. Perfume house rance has roots dating to the early 1600s when the family produced perfumed gloves for the french aristocracy. By the 1800s, the family was making perfume and became a favorite of napoleon, creating perfumes for him and josephine.
