GL45 Stainless Steel/PTFE Mini Solvent PumpIncludes:PTFE tubing 0.4 metersGrounding cable, 2 metersMini Solvent Pump SS/PTFEThe Mini Solvent Pump is a high-quality hand pump for use with liquids and flammable media such as acetone, ethanol, isopropanol and methanol. Use with small containers such as bottles, canisters, carboys and tanks with GL45 threads, from 1 liter up to ~ 10 liters in size.The pump works according to the excess pressure principle. Through use of the pump ball and the PTFE tubing, liquid is forced from the container due to the pressure build up. The pump includes a pressure relief valve for safety purposes.Parts that come into contact with the media are stainless steel (1.4301 and 1.4404) and PTFE tubing cut to size; both have excellent chemical resistance. Also included is a grounding cable that easily inserts into the pump housing, for the purpose of diverting any electrostatic charges.The Mini Solvent Pump is compact and very well balanced. Dosing of liquids occurs through the valve with an auto-stop function. It is very precise with no dripping even into small containers such as test tubes. Tubing can be attached to the discharge spout to fill containers at a further distance.
