Product Details
Perforated Lockout Tags feature a removable stub for better operational control and record-keeping. The stub features room to record the name time, and job title of the worker, and a reinforced grommet to hold the worker's key. The stub is removed when the tag is attached to a lockout point. Only the employee in possession of the stub is able to remove the tag. After the job is completed, the stub can be returned for management for record-keeping. The tags measure 3" x 7".
