The fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. VISION 20 Wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms. This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting and a special proprietary cleaning process. Most importantly, VISION 20 are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal.
