Sample any surface contaminated with radioactivity with test swipes. Users find the swipes are convenient and easy-to-use. The swipes are cloth discs attached to the back of the record slip. Individual record slips are used to perform wipe tests indicated in NRC and Agreement State Regulations. Boxes contain 25 record folders, which can be used to easily identify each sample smear. This helps prevent cross-contamination of smears, transferring smears to the counting facility, or storing smears until discarded.
