The True RMS Clamp-On Meter Model 405 is safety rated at 1000V CAT IV. It measures AC, DC, and AC+DC volts, amps and power. The Model 405 also measures resistance, frequency, True InRush®, temperature, phase rotation, and continuity. It can also perform diode checks.
