Uniweld, RMC2, R Series Two Gauge Acetylene Regulator with "A" (LH) 3/8"-24(M) Connection, 2-15 PSIGWhen not in use, the regulator should be properly shut off by turning the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise until closed. If the pressure adjusting screw is in the open position when the cylinder valve is opened, the surge of high pressure may damage the regulator. This commonly occurs with the use of oxygen due to high cylinder pressure.
