The Banner Stakes' PLUS Line Barrier Set protects any job site, facility, manufacturing plant, or event site where caution tape, barrier systems and/or warning signs may be necessary. Telescoping stanchions, fillable bases, and interchangeable retractable belts provide unique safety benefits not found in traditional barrier systems. PLUS Barrier Set includes 1 Post, 1 Base, and 1 Retractable Belt Banner Head.Features Include:- Banner Head features 2.5" wide belt that extends 15'- Banner Heads secure onto stanchion with push pins for added stability and security- Stanchion has twist-off removable spike for dual purpose use in soft ground surfaces with spike or in Base by removing spike- Stanchion with telescoping stake: extends 19" 42"- Low-profile Base for enhanced image (black)- Base can be filled up to 18 lbs. with water or 30 lbs. with sand- Base includes carry handle for easy portability- Suitable for indoor/outdoor use- Rust-Proof.
