Cushion grip tape is produced using PU (Polyurethane). Polyurethane is a strong polymer which is used in a number of applications due to its hard wearing and flexible nature. One of the many benefits of PU is that it provides high levels of cushioning, this is created during the manufacturing process and makes cushion grip the strong anti slip material it has come to be known as. When PU is produced it can be 'foamed', this then provides a deep cushioning effect that cannot be experienced with other plastics, making this materials construction different from other plastics utilise.Cushion grip tape is a completely non abrasive anti slip solution, and thanks to the 'foaming technique', is very comfortable to walk on in bare feet, making it ideal for places where users will be on their feet for long periods of time.
