Save time and hassle with the handy sliding gate; just glide the gate through the case for a thorough cleaning. This blast gate is very economically priced to allow you to outfit your dust collection system for maximum performance. These fittings are abrasion resistant and designed to withstand the abrasive nature of wood chips and sawdust. Due to the potential for built-up of static electricity, it is recommended that all dust collection systems with plastic fittings be properly grounded.Features: Allows quick connection of flexible dust collection hose to one end without hose clamps Other side has a tapered quick connection/disconnection port with ID of that allows easy connection to dust port flanges with OD of 4" Made from strong 1/8" thick abrasion resistant plastic that will withstand the abrasive nature of sawdust and wood chips The inside is smooth to allow maximum airflow Built-in stop to prevent the sliding plate from coming out of the housing Dimensions (L x W x H): 10" x 5-1/2" x 3-1/4".
