Approximately the upper half of the knee cap. The tendency is to wear the support too low. When fitted, brace will slide down into proper position.Upper part of support should be higher to groin area. (braces have tendency to slip down so fit higher)Straps below the knee closest to the knee cap should be adjusted first. If brace is fitted correctly, the calf will hold the position of the brace as the strap just below the knee will be tightened with a smaller circumference than the calf.Adjust tension on the blue "Four-Way Support System" or "Blue Wings" for maximum compression and proper knee cap alignment and seating.
