The split H Copper Crimpit™ connector is longer than standard H Copper Crimpit™ and is suitable for use on high voltage (15kV) power cables with Copper conductors. The connectors cannot be used with oil-filled or mass impregnated cables since no oil stop is provided. The connector is installed with standard Burndy® Hypress™ tools and is made of tin-plated electrolytic Copper.
