Unique features like an extra-long body and pull-out shelves make the Scienceware Secador Refrigerator Ready Desiccator perfect for dry storage use inside refrigerators and -20 C freezers letting you keep materials cold when needed, and moisture free. A specially designed shelf at the top of the desiccator holds up to three (3) Desi Cans (F42046-0000) or up to two (2) Desiccant Cartridges (F42048-0100) and permits maximum visibility of saturation status (desiccants sold separately.) Made from clear, chemical resistant polycarbonate with stainless steel hardware, this desiccator is rugged and provides quick visualization of contents. Features maximize use inside refrigerators; can also be used at room temperature anywhere in the labExtra-long depth and pull-out shelves allow full use of refrigerator shelf depth Door opens from top down allowing trouble-free access to desiccator contents; includes a locking latch that can be operated with one handDoor security loops can be secured with tamper-evident tagsWide rubber feet prevent the cabinet from sliding even on wire refrigerator racksIncludes one sliding storage shelf with a built-in stop; can be fully removed if desired.
