These crystals have a Mohs hardness of 7 which is much harder than any other steel used for making knives accessories. - Dimension: 3 in x 1 in x 1/4 in To use our Arkansas whetstones, we recommend using water as a lubricant because it is thinner than oils. After each use, our whetstones should be cleaned by wiping the excess water with our Bamboo cloth and then clean the stone with soapy water.
