At 10/kWh and 4,000 hours of operation per year, the 12.5% savings translates to a savings of $6.40 per fixture per year for a 4-lamp fixture with a normal ballast factor, instant start ballast. The 94% lumen maintenance of the OCTRON FO28/800XP/SS/ECO3 lamp assures that light levels are maintained while energy is saved.
