Mr. Chain 28" JBC Revolution Series Cones are the leader in the traffic safety industry. Revolution Series Cones are made from an innovative injection molded design that holds up in all temperatures and maintains color in difficult UV situations. Made in the USA. Features: Indented handles at the top allow the cones to easily be picked up and stacked. The black bases are made entirely from post-industrial recycled materials and are marked with a unique dotted pattern. The 14" x 14" weighted base is pounds adding stability to help cones remain upright even after being flattened by vehicular traffic.The 3M 3340 Series Flexible Sheeting on all reflective collar cones is designed for high visibility in daylight or night conditions. Highly engineered pressure-sensitive tape is specifically designed for use with PVC cones and remains secure even after vehicle collisions (up to 50 mph).Reflective Collars Meet Both the MUTCD Standard and NCHRP Report 350; all colored cones are MUTCD and NCHRP-350 compliant products.
