Heavy duty steel tubing with durable scratch resistant powder coat finish. Lock works by stepping on bottom step to raise casters; rubber feet grip floor. Depress brake release to roll ladder. Perforated step offers maximum slip resistance. Note: Cal-OSHA Kit model B190009 must be ordered at time of purchase if shipping to the state of California in order to be OSHA compliant.font color ="red".
