Easy-rolling 4" polypropylene wheel casters (2 swivel, 2 rigid). 450 lb. capacity. Powder coat finish. Fully welded, assembled. Note: Cal-OSHA Kit model 640250 must be ordered at time of purchase if shipping to the state of California in order to be OSHA compliant.
