This plastic scraper has a rigid, chisel-edged, triangular blade that is tapered and fans out to a width of 11.1cm (4-3/8"). The handle is shaped for a comfortable and secure grip. Made from white polypropylene that complies with FDA requirements for direct contact with foods, drugs, and cosmetics, it is steam autoclavable at 121 C (250 F).
