SAM Splint, Multi-Purpose, ANSI Requirement, Orange, 76001 Multi-Purpose orange splint easy to use for emergency situations, conforms to each fit properly for every emergency. Medique SAM Splint is constructed from a thin core of aluminum alloy, sandwiched and fixed between two layers of closed-cell foam. SAM Splints are extremely pliable and moldable, and soft enough to cut with ordinary household scissors. But once bent into any of three simple curves they become extremely strong and supportive.
