The BRHHA36X30S1T roof hatch is a Miami-Dade approved and labeled unit that provides easy access to roof areas in coastal areas. The BRHHA36X30S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHHA36X30S1T curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BRHHA36X30S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.
