This wire fry basket is ideal for light to heavily-breaded food products. Made of nickel-plated material, this basket can handle the most rigorous of conditions. The basket can dive right into the fryer and create something delicious. It is nickel-plated to resist corrosion and is easy to clean. This basket have a reinforced base, 0. 8-mm medium-wire mesh with a welded handle and heavy duty frame. Comes with round shape. Measures 8-1/2-inch diameter by 4-3/4-inch depth. Round fry basket. 7 1/4" handle. 4 openings per inch. Fits 5 1/2 quart pan. Standard wire mesh. Fits into standard sauce pan.
