A topwater lure that's truly in a class of its own, the Z-Man Hellrai Zer slashes, sputters, and carves the surface unlike anything you've seen before. This self-walking tail-bladed topwater lure was designed by the inventor of the original Chatter Bait, Don Ravis, to bring the same tight vibration and noisy racket produced by the Chatterbait into the realm of surface lures. The weighted tail blade gives the lure the attractive vibration, while the thin, elongated body planes the lure to the surface. The belly-located line tie causes the lure to quickly shift its weight back-and-forth for a fast paced walking action that's effortlessly produced on a straight retrieve.
