A corrosion resistant aluminum alloy die-cast body and side cover gives this reel its robustness, with a solid framework to accommodate heavier drag pressures that these fish require. IPX5 sealing keeps contaminates out of its internal workings, prolonging reel life from the harsh salty environments these reels are intended for. Its internal gearing is made up of a precision hobbed brass pinion and die-cast drive gear, providing a very smooth retrieve with all the strength to put hard winding pressure on unruly saltwater predators.
