Scholar Zone Summer Math Grade 3

Crafted for a transformative summer adventure, Scholastic Scholar Zone Summer Powered by Bell Xcel is a comprehensive K-8 reading & writing and math program that combines excellent print instruction with a digital platform that includes a powerful program planner, professional development and more. Built on evidence-based practices and aligned with the Science of Reading, it incorporates instructional best practices to drive consistent outcomes and academic gains. Five to six weeks of 90-minute daily instruction in math features a variety of engaging whole-group, small-group, and independent learning activities. Math content is aligned to core concepts that scaffold from Kindergarten to 8th Grade and is designed to develop metacognition and mathematical thinking by leveraging different representations of the math concept. The strong problem-solving focus is supported by real-life application of math readers and magazine content.
