Sie zeigt, dass die Lohnansprche in Deutschland - auch im internationalen Vergleich - insgesamt hoch sind. Dies trifft insbesondere auf Personen mit geringer Ausbildung zu. Urschlich hierfr ist der zum Teil geringe Abstand zwischen Lhnen und Sozialleistungen. Die Analysen belegen, dass die hohen Lohnansprche in der Tat die Arbeitslosigkeitsdauer verlngern und dass die Hartz-IV-Reformen die Lohnansprche nur unwesentlich absenken und somit kaum zur Verringerung der Arbeitslosigkeit beitragen werden.
