Das Verfahren gegen auslndische Beschuldigte kann als Testfall fr die Rechtsstaatlichkeit, aber auch die praktische Handhabbarkeit des Strafverfahrensrechts im Alltag gelten. Im Vordergrund stehen Probleme der sprachlichen Verstndigung und einer ausreichenden Verteidigung des Beschuldigten. Darber hinaus werden vor allem auch die im polnischen Recht vorgesehenen verfahrensrechtlichen Besonderheiten sowie die Mglichkeiten der bernahme und bergabe der Strafvollstreckung eingehend behandelt.
