Aufgrund der stetigen Vernderungsdynamik in Wertschpfungsbeziehungen entstehen Netzwerke mit hoher Interdependenz und operativer Integration. Vor allem Supply Chain Netzwerke gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Obwohl die Vernderungen in Wertschpfungsprozessen durchaus fr die Finanzierung von Bedeutung sind, wurde diese Ebene bisher im Rahmen des Netzwerkdesigns vernachlssigt. Sebastian Baumann untersucht, ob der bisherige unternehmensbezogene Finanzierungsansatz im Rahmen von Netzwerkbeziehungen adquat ist und ob dieser vernderten Risikosituationen im Netzwerk gerecht wird. Der mgliche Lsungsansatz in Form der Projektfinanzierung wird in Verbindung zu den leistungswirtschaftlichen Netzwerkstrukturen im Rahmen der Automobilindustrie analysiert. Der Autor liefert damit einen wichtigen Beitrag nicht nur zur Erforschung des Supply Chain Bereichs sondern darber hinaus auch fr die neuere Projektfinanzierungstheorie.
