Sie legt zunchst die verschiedenen Konfliktperspektiven von Mitgliedern ausgesuchter Familienunternehmen dar. In einem zweiten Schritt stellt sie die umfangreichen empirischen Ergebnisse zur Konfliktdynamik der Mediation und ihren Verfahrensbesonderheiten gegenber. Ziel ist es, die Eignung der Mediation fr die spezifische Konfliktkonstellation kritisch zu berprfen. Wesentliches Ergebnis ist, dass die systemische Mediation grundstzlich als geeignet gilt, in ihrer Ausgestaltung jedoch in einigen Punkten modifiziert beziehungsweise ergnzt werden muss. Die Arbeit wurde mit dem Frderpreis der systemischen Gesellschaft ausgezeichnet.
