Es wird die objektorientierte Entwicklung eines Baukastensystems fr betriebliche Anwendungssysteme vorgestellt. Ausgehend von der algorithmischen Darstellung von Modellen der Plankostenrechnung werden induktiv Klassen mit generischem Charakter entwickelt, die als Grundmuster vieler betrieblicher Anwendungen dienen knnen. Alle Phasen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses werden gem der objektorientierten Methode durchlaufen und beschrieben. Als Ergebnis wird eine Klassenbibliothek in C++ prsentiert, die sich durch ein hohes Ma an Wiederverwendbarkeit auszeichnet, wie beispielhaft gezeigt wird. Diese Klassenbibliothek kann als Basis fr die Entwicklung weiterer betrieblicher Anwendungssysteme herangezogen werden.
