Disopyramid erwies sich bei unseren Untersuchungen als effektives, evtl. dramatisch wirkendes Antiarrhythmikum bei ventrikulrer Extrasystolie. In 30% unserer Flle blieb es jedoch wirkungslos, ohne da dies mit dem Blutspiegel zu erklren wre. Bei supraventrikulrer Extrasystolie zeigte sich keine Wirkung. Der Einflu auf die Schrittmacherreizschwelle bei Patienten mit Herzschritt macher lag bei Anwendung therapeutischer Dosen im Rahmen dessen, was auch bei anderen Antiarrhythmika beobachtet wird (Chinidin, Ajmalin, Prokainamid). Das Ausma der antiarrhythmischen Wirkung in unserer Unter suchung (Rckgang der VES um 67 %) entspricht etwa den Angaben anderer Untersucher [1-8]. Nebenwirkungen waren selten und harmlos. Jedoch sollte Disopyramid bei schwerer Herzinsuffizienz nicht angewendet werden.
