HON Lock Core Replacement Kit for Vertical Files - Chrome HON accessories let you surround yourself with productivity. This removable lock core lets you change the key code in any vertical file if security requires. This model can be opened with the same key as HON models HF23C and HF23B, if they have the same key code. Key code is assigned randomly unless several matching units are requested. Finish is Chrome. Can be used to update security or to coordinate key codes between multiple components in an office suite. Installs in existing lock cylinder quickly and easily ohm any vertical file. Core is specially shaped for vertical files; for all other HON files, storage cabinets, pedestals and overhead cabinets select model HF23C (Chrome) or HFC23B (Black). Chrome finish blends with all HON metal files, desks and overhead cabinets. Allows any HON cabinet built after January 1997 to be updated for security requirements.
