Der Autor erarbeitet zunchst eine theoretische Fundierung des Modells auf Basis der aktuellen Forschung zum Strategic Human Resources Management sowie des internen Marktes und vergleicht das Ulrich-Modell mit in Deutschland gngigen HR-Modellen. Auf dieser Grundlage erarbeitet er Hypothesen, die im empirischen Teil der Arbeit evaluiert und diskutiert werden.
