Konzernabschlsse gewinnen als Informationsinstrument sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene zunehmend an Bedeutung. Die gegenwrtig geltenden Vorschriften der Konzernrechnungslegung werden jedoch der Informationsfunktion nicht gerecht. Ausgehend von einer neuen theoretischen Grundlage entwickelt Karl-Friedrich Khle ein Anforderungsprofil des Konzernabschlusses. Das Konzept wird dem aktuellen Rechtszustand kritisch gegenbergestellt, und es werden die Mngel der Informationsvermittlung des Konzernabschlusses gem HGB aufgezeigt. Im Hinblick auf die Informationsfunktion von Jahresabschlssen diskutiert der Autor die Aspekte des Vergleichbarkeitsgrundsatzes. Erst mit einem konsequent am Informationszweck orientierten Konzernabschlu ist die Grundlage fr eine internationale Harmonisierung der Konzernrechnungslegung geschaffen.
