Diese im japanisch-deutschen Vergleich angesetzte Studie geht daher der Frage nach, wie ihnen Akzeptanz als konstruktiver Umgang mit diesen Konflikten gelingen kann. Sie setzt dazu Interviewaussagen in Beziehung zu Strukturen migrations- und integrationspolitischer Steuerung auf nationaler und kommunaler Ebene. Dabei zeigte sich ein uberraschend geringer Einfluss politischer Steuerung. Vielmehr konstruierten die Befragten subjektiv definierte Vertraute Fremde, auf die sie ihre Akzeptanz beschrnkten. Der subjektive Charakter dieser Exklusivitt verweist im Ausblick auf das Potential biografischer Diversitt zur Frderung sozialer Inklusion.
