Die Arbeit ist in einen interdisziplinren Kontext zwischen Wirtschaftsinformatik-, Organisations- sowie Marketingforschung eingebettet. Die praktische Anwendbarkeit des Qualittsinformationssystems wird mittels sechs Fallstudien untersucht.
