Viele Restriktionen wurden aufgehoben, das rztliche Werberecht vereinfacht und generalisiert. Die Entwicklungen im rztlichen Bereich zeigen jedoch auch neue Grenzen des Werberechts auf, insbesondere im Bereich der Schnheitsmedizin. Die Neuauflage enthlt die aktuellen Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts sowie der Instanzgerichte, erlutert die Neuregelungen der Musterberufsordnung und befasst sich erstmalig mit der Zulssigkeit der Werbung fr Schnheitseingriffe.
